Daniel Capurso

President and CEO

Daniel is president and CEO of Premier Asset Solutions and a Financial Services Professional with New York Life. He has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in financial strategies, with a focus on business needs and retirement for business owners and charitable organizations.

Daniel works closely with clients developing plans to fit their lifestyles and work within the confines of their financial ability, hoping that every client will come away with a sense of ease and relief. His goal is to form a partnership with them for many years to see them through good times and bad and that clients consider him a friend. Daniel feels a great sense of pride in doing things the right way and ensuring clients know he cares about them, their families and their businesses.

Before entering the financial services industry, Daniel had a successful career in banking with many achievements as one of the top bankers in the country. Daniel has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table since 2011, and most recently has achieved Court of the Table status since 2017. Daniel has also been a member of New York Life's Chariman's Council, which consists of ranking in the top three percent of New York Life's elite sales force.

Daniel proudly served on New York Life's peer elected Agent Advisory Council in 2016 as an Associate Chairman to the Agency Support Committee. He is a member of The Nautilus Group®, a service of New York Life Insurance Company, and the AALU since 2016. He has earned New York Life’s council membership since 2011 for being one of New York Life’s top agents in its sales force. Daniel looks forward to opportunities to mentor other agents and often speaks to the newer agents in classroom settings to assist them in growing their respective practices.

When not in the office, Daniel enjoys spending as much time as he can with his kids, Jessica and Joey. He also enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, and is an avid dart player and golfer.

Piero Silvestri

Senior Vice President

Piero is one of Premier Asset Solutions’ Senior Vice Presidents and a Licensed Agent with New York Life. He enjoys the long-term friendships he has built while working with the majority of his clients for many years and has developed much care and respect for his clients. Gaining and keeping his clients’ respect is very important to him which pushes him to go above and beyond for his clients.

Piero works closely with business owners and individuals to help them realize their dreams of retirement and makes sure that their loved ones are protected. The need he fills for many of his business owner clients is creating an employee benefits plan and health insurance plan. Many of his clients are also restaurant owners that he assists with retirement planning as well as business succession planning.

Piero enjoys the working relationship and friendship he has built with Danny Capurso. He attributes the company’s success to how well they work together and that is reflected to clients.

Piero has been a member of New York Life's Prestigious Council*, and has earned a lifetime membership of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) since 1993. He is also a senior NYLIAC agent with New York Life and a former member of the Agents Advisory Council with New York Life.

An interesting fact about Piero is that before beginning his career in insurance and financial services, he was the first mate of a cruise ship. It is on that ship that he met his wife of nearly four decades, Andrea. He was then introduced to the man who would become his manager at New York Life, launching his successful career that has now served him well for many years.

Piero and Andrea are the proud parents of two children, Joseph and Olivia. Joseph works for New York Life’s Long Term Care Department and Olivia is pursuing her dream of becoming a designer.

Piero and Andrea cherish each other’s company and enjoy traveling as well as spending time at their property in West Palm Beach. They love being on the beach, enjoying nice restaurants and spending time with their friends and family.

Maria Ocampo

Employee Benefits Specialist

Maria Ocampo is Premier Asset Solutions’ Employee Benefits Specialist and a Licensed Agent with New York Life. Maria looks forward to spending many more years in her position and oftentimes spends her days discussing protection and retirement needs with clients. Many of her clients are business owners and she enjoys helping them to create a more well-rounded benefits package for their employees.

Maria is dedicated to showing genuine care for her clients and providing comprehensive, thorough service. She strives to exceed client expectations and better educate them on different aspects of their financial lives.

Maria studied Business Administration and then began her career in financial services in 2011. In 2015, Maria became a registered representative and achieved her Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation through the American College of Financial Services and continues to be a student of the industry for her clients and her personal growth.

Outside of the office, Maria loves being outdoors, especially during the summertime. Her and her partner often go to the beach, park or pool during summer weekends. They enjoy cooking, especially grilling, and of course, eating. Maria is passionate about contributing to various organizations including being a “big buddy” for Comfort Zone camp and assisting at events within the LGBT community.

Deena Giovannelli

Executive Assistant to Piero Silvestri

Deena is the Executive Assistant to Piero Silvestri. She has been with Premier Asset Solutions for nearly three decades. Her position has been such a great fit for her because she gets great satisfaction out of helping clients that are in need. She also likes to problem solve and enjoys being part of the Premier team because they are more like family. Deena spends her time in the office assisting the company’s health insurance clients and helping to make various processes go smoothly such as processing new client applications and handling underwriting issues.

Deena and her husband James have three children: Kyle, Grace and Sara. Outside of the office, Deena can be found with her family and friends and attending her children’s sporting events. Deena is a big music fan and her and Sara attend many concerts together. She also enjoys being at their beach cabana during the summer.

I am a Wichita native and a home-grown businessman who loves sitting down with successful professionals in our community. Everyday I enjoy helping people plan for their future by protecting, preserving and growing their livelihood. I have officially transitioned my father’s 35 year financial planning practice. At Premier Asset Solutions we focus on continuing to bring a genuine level of enthusiasm and presence in our client’s lives. We specialize in working with executives and families who are in the pre and post retirement distribution phase.

Our Premier Asset Solutions team works daily to help clients transition wealth from paychecks, to playchecks, to peace of mind. We find that income is the most important factor retirees and pre-retirees seek. Knowing this, we strategize collaboratively with our team to come up with specific recommendations for each of our clients and their unique situations. I make sure our clients have clarity, confidence and competence by the time we are finished helping complete their plan.

My son John Marcus Rivera and I operate a family based financial firm. I specialize in financial advisory services and am a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, a registered investment advisor. Being an agent with New York Life Insurance Company for over 30 years, along with my dedication to cultivating genuine relationships with clients, has earned me a lifetime membership in The Million Dollar Roundtable. My focus is on helping business owners with business continuation planning, estate planning, executive benefits and employee benefits.

With time as my most valuable asset. I’ll spend as much time as necessary to make sure my clients understand their options and their chosen paths. It's that kind of genuine care that leads my clients to trust me not only with their own financial plans, but with their families as well.

I entered the insurance industry in August of 1983. My initial 10 years were dedicated first and foremost to education and obtaining the necessary credentials. This allowed me to work extensively with small businesses in providing executive benefits and business continuity planning.

In 2001, I helped form the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce which assisted Hispanic businesses with banking, accounting and legal issues. Six years later, I turned the key over and launched the Kansas Hispanic Education and Development Foundation in the state of Kansas. The organization provides need-based scholarships to students seeking higher education. Since 2018, the foundation has awarded over $350,000 in scholarships to Hispanic students.

I have also served on various city and state education and economic boards. One board includes the Kansas Board of Regents Admissions Task Force. My activity in various state economic development initiatives has helped to fund small to large Hispanic businesses.

  • For the past 20 years I have been a brewmeister.
  • I study Astronomy at Wichita State University.
  • I enjoy spending time at my cabin in Colorado where I hike in Pike National Forest.

Keeping risk management on the forefront, I focus on the protection, accumulation, distribution and wealth transfer for my clients.

My narrow focus specializes in providing financial clarity for medical professionals, business owners and retirees while keeping this key principle in mind, “there comes a certain point when it's not about how much you make, but how much you get to keep.”

I’m so excited to be able to help our amazing family of clients even more with my expanded role on our team.

As the manager of this office I have the honor of working with not only a great staff but also the best clients! Every day I look forward to learning about our clients and how we can help each one continue to write their stories. I take pride in knowing that the personalized experience we give each of our clients is exceptional.

  • I married my high school sweetheart over 35 years ago. God has blessed us with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

From an early age I learned that I naturally have a heart for helping people in all capacities. This lead me to pursue a career in the financial industry where I began as an agent with New York Life. I was excited when I had the opportunity to be a part of their team because I have known the Rivera family since birth.

Thirty years ago I started helping my husband Charlie with simple Friday things like sending out birthday cards, filing paperwork and typing letters. As he progressed in the business, so did I. I learned to assist him in all aspects of the business. My relationship with clients evolved to a “high touch personal service assistant.”

In 2009 our son, J. Marcus came into the business and I took on an assistant role for him as well. Providing support to a second generation business makes me feel proud and brings joy.

  • I am the mother of three sons and have two grandchildren.
  • I enjoy traveling.
  • I love to sing and am involved with my church choir and a community choir.
  • During the summer months I spend time with my family and friends in Colorado at our summer cabin in the Pike National Forest.

I’ve always enjoyed using my right-brain over my left-brain which means I love to be creative and think outside the box. This led me to pursue a degree in marketing and public relations. I am so excited to bring my extensive knowledge in this area to the Premier Asset Solutions team, which led to my official but unofficial title as the “WOW coordinator.” This means, I am behind the scenes perfecting all the details that will provide our clients with the best experience from start to finish and beyond.

Fun Facts:

  • Marcus and I have been married for 4 years. We met at a wedding in Wichita and our first date was a game of golf. (He won that one.)
  • I love to travel with my husband. A few of my favorite places we’ve been to include; Greece, Italy, England and Puerto Rico.
  • I love a good home project. I’m not afraid to paint a wall green or throw up some fun wallpaper to create a fun space.

    Daniel Capurso

    President and CEO

    Daniel is president and CEO of Premier Asset Solutions and a Financial Services Professional with New York Life. He has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in financial strategies, with a focus on business needs and retirement for business owners and charitable organizations.

    Daniel works closely with clients developing plans to fit their lifestyles and work within the confines of their financial ability, hoping that every client will come away with a sense of ease and relief. His goal is to form a partnership with them for many years to see them through good times and bad and that clients consider him a friend. Daniel feels a great sense of pride in doing things the right way and ensuring clients know he cares about them, their families and their businesses.

    Before entering the financial services industry, Daniel had a successful career in banking with many achievements as one of the top bankers in the country. Daniel has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table since 2011, and most recently has achieved Court of the Table status since 2017. Daniel has also been a member of New York Life's Chariman's Council, which consists of ranking in the top three percent of New York Life's elite sales force.

    Daniel proudly served on New York Life's peer elected Agent Advisory Council in 2016 as an Associate Chairman to the Agency Support Committee. He is a member of The Nautilus Group®, a service of New York Life Insurance Company, and the AALU since 2016. He has earned New York Life’s council membership since 2011 for being one of New York Life’s top agents in its sales force. Daniel looks forward to opportunities to mentor other agents and often speaks to the newer agents in classroom settings to assist them in growing their respective practices.

    When not in the office, Daniel enjoys spending as much time as he can with his kids, Jessica and Joey. He also enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, and is an avid dart player 1st premier asset solutions golfer.

    Piero Silvestri

    Senior Vice President

    Piero is one of Premier Asset Solutions’ Senior Vice Presidents and a Licensed Agent with New York 1st premier asset solutions. He enjoys the long-term friendships he has built while working with the majority of his clients for many years and has developed much care and respect for his clients. Gaining and keeping his clients’ respect is very important to him which pushes him to go above and beyond for his clients.

    Piero works closely with business owners and individuals to help them realize their dreams of retirement and makes sure that their loved ones are protected. The need he fills for many of his business owner clients is creating an employee benefits plan and health insurance plan. Many of his clients are also restaurant owners that he assists with retirement planning as well as business succession planning.

    Piero enjoys the working relationship and friendship he has built with Danny Capurso. He attributes the company’s success to how well they work together and that is reflected to clients.

    Piero has been a member of New York Life's Prestigious Council*, and has earned a lifetime membership of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) since 1993. He is also a senior NYLIAC ncsecu online access with New York Life and a former member of the Agents Advisory Council with New York Life.

    An interesting fact about Piero is that before beginning his career in insurance and financial services, he was the first mate of a cruise ship. It is on that ship that he met his wife of nearly four decades, Andrea. He was then introduced to the man who would become his manager at New York Life, launching his successful career that has now served him well for many years.

    Piero and Andrea are the proud parents of two children, Joseph and Olivia. Joseph works for New York Life’s Long Term Care Department and Olivia is 1st premier asset solutions her dream of becoming a designer.

    Piero and Andrea cherish each other’s company and enjoy traveling as well as spending time at their property in West Palm Beach. They love being on the beach, enjoying nice restaurants and spending time with their friends and family.

    Maria Ocampo

    Employee Benefits Specialist

    Maria Ocampo is Premier Asset Solutions’ Employee Benefits Specialist and a Licensed Agent with New York Life. Maria looks forward to spending many more years in her position and oftentimes spends her days discussing protection and retirement needs with clients. Many of her clients are business owners and she enjoys helping them to create a more well-rounded benefits package for their employees.

    Maria is dedicated to showing genuine care for her clients and providing comprehensive, thorough service. She strives to exceed client expectations and better educate them on different aspects of their financial lives.

    Maria studied Business Administration and then began her career in financial services in 2011. In 2015, Maria became a registered representative and achieved her Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation through the American College of Financial Services and continues to be a student of the industry for her clients and her personal growth.

    Outside of the office, Maria loves being outdoors, especially during the summertime. Her and her partner often go to the beach, park or pool during summer weekends. They enjoy cooking, especially grilling, and of course, eating. Maria is passionate about contributing to various organizations including being a “big buddy” for Comfort Zone camp and assisting at events within the LGBT community.

    Deena Giovannelli

    Executive Assistant to Piero Silvestri

    Deena is the Executive Assistant to Piero Silvestri. She has been with Premier Asset Solutions for nearly three decades. Her position has been such a great fit for her because she gets great satisfaction out of helping clients that are in need. She also likes to problem solve and enjoys being part of the Premier team because they are more like family. Deena spends her time in the office assisting the company’s health insurance clients and helping to make various processes go smoothly such as processing new client applications and handling underwriting issues.

    Deena and her husband James have three children: Kyle, Grace and Sara. Outside of the office, Deena can be found with her family and friends and attending her children’s sporting events. Deena is a big music fan and her and Sara attend many concerts together. She also enjoys being at their beach cabana during the summer.

We find that income is the most important factor retirees and pre-retirees seek. Knowing this, we strategize collaboratively with our team to come up with specific recommendations for each of our clients and their unique situations. I specialize in financial advisory services and am a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, a registered investment advisor.     Thirty years ago I started helping my husband Charlie with simple Friday things like sending out birthday cards, filing paperwork and typing letters. As he progressed in the business, so did I.
