Ireland's best mobile phone deals

What providers do you compare?

We compare mobile deals from all of Ireland’s top mobile networks, and you can find the right plan at the click of a button.

What deals do you compare?

We compare SIM-only deals and bill pay phones, so whether you’re looking to keep your current phone or get a brand new handset, we’ve got it covered.

How to compare SIM-only mobile deals

Work out what’s important to you and then find a deal that matches your needs by comparing features like:

  • Monthly cost
  • Contract length
  • Minutes
  • Texts
  • Data allowance

Some deals include offers or extra features e.g. 5G enabled, that we also call out.

Should you choose a SIM-only deal?

If you’ve reached the end of your current mobile phone contract, but are still happy with your handset, a SIM-only deal could be a good option.

SIM-only plans are cheaper than plans that include a phone, as you don’t need to pay off your handset on top of your monthly costs.

The majority of plans are 30-day contracts, so you’re not tied down to a lengthy contract and have the freedom to switch to another deal after a short time.

This could work especially well if you want to test out how a particular network performs at your location.

How to compare bill pay phones

Simply select a phone and we’ll show you the main features of the phone and the call plans available.

You can use the filters to see certain model types e.g. 64GB, data allowances e.g. 10GB or 30GB+, and colour ways.

Do the same for each phone you’re interested in until you find the right one for you.

Once you’ve chosen the right restaurants in birmingham mi pay phone and call plan, we’ll direct you to the deal on the provider’s website.

Should you choose a bill pay phone?

The biggest advantage of a bill pay phone is that you get a brand new phone when you sign up to a bill pay phone contract. This means you can generally upgrade your phone every two years, or sooner if your contract is shorter.

It’s not the cheapest option but there are some great bill pay phone deals to be found if you shop around.

Bill pay phone contracts aren’t as flexible as SIM-only ones as you’re usually tied in for 12, 18 or 24 months.

If you love having the latest innovative features, and are happy to pay for them, then replacing your handset when your contract is up could work for you.

What’s the best SIM-only deal in Ireland?

It really depends what you’re looking for. For example, the cheapest What time does the royal bank close today deal on the market may not give you the amount of calls or data you need, and the network coverage may be poor. It’s easy to check the coverage in your area.

If you’re not sure how much data you need or what call plan is right for you, here’s how to check your phone bill to find out, and what you need to know about call charges.

Don’t forget about other features you might benefit from e.g. earning Clubcard points with a Tesco Mobile plan too.

What’s the best bill pay phone deal in Ireland?

Again, it depends on your individual needs. Once you know the phone and call plan features you want, you can compare all the plans that include those features, to find the best deal.

Check the total cost of each plan by adding any upfront cost to the monthly payments for the duration of the contract.

Get a SIM only deal with the calls, texts and data you need for less.

It only takes a few minutes to find a cheaper deal and start saving.

Ink Business Preferred Credit Card

Because the Ink Business Preferred Credit Card offers bonus points on office-related spending, it’s a great match for small business owners.

Earning rewards: The Ink Business Preferred Credit Card earns 3 points per dollar (a 6% return based on our valuations) on the first $150,000 spent in combined purchases in these categories:

  • Travel
  • Shipping
  • Advertising on search engines and social media sites
  • Internet, cable and phone services

Notice that last bullet point — that’s where your cellphone service comes in. You’ll earn 1 point per dollar on all other eligible purchases. According to the 2018 Consumer Price Index, Americans spent about $1,188 annually on cellphone service. Based on that number, if you used this card to pay your phone bill, you’d earn 3,564 Chase Ultimate Rewards points in a year. TPG values Ultimate Rewards points at a hefty 2 cents apiece, meaning you could get about $71 in value annually just by paying your phone bill with this card.

Why it’s a great card to use on your cellphone bill: Aside from the high return on spending, the Ink Business Preferred comes with a nice perk smartphone users may value — protection against theft or damage for up to $600 per claim for you and your employees.

Watch out for the long list of things this insurance won’t cover, including cosmetic damage and cellphones stolen from baggage.
